July

Another Month has come and gone... s'bout time that I got to updat'n everyone. Let me check my calender and see if I can remember all that went on... hmmm.... Ah yes...

July 8 - 10
I don't really remember what happened friday. I think I played chess against Abby. It was a stale mate... wait! is that possible? I dunno... we both went down to one king I think. I remember it was a stale mate, but thinking about it now that doesn't make sense. Well, Saturday, Abby and I invited Travis and Shelly over for dinner. We made them Chicken and Brocoli Fetticine Alfredo complete with salad, garlic bread, and wine. Luke joined us for dinner, but had to go to bed afterwards. The meal was great! Afterwards, The two couples hung out by the fire and then came inside and just cccchhhhiiiilllllllleedddd out. Sunday, nothing too special happened, Abby and I hung out all day. ahhhhhhhh

July 15 - 17
Friday night Travis and I headed over to Turdipoo's place to check out his new apartment. But it isn't an apartment... it's a house. It is really cool. We hung out there for the night and saturday morning. Nothing too special, but fun none the less. Saturday night, Travis, Luke, Abby, Josh (Luke's roommate) and I hung out at the magalsky's. We played that game where you make up definitions of words.... oh yeah, Balderdash (hope I spelled it right [not that anything else is]). The night was fun, and a little on the nerve racking side. Everyone crashed there. In the morning, Abby and Luke's Mom made everyone breakfast. Yum Yum. Then I had a Steel Drum gig... then I came back to hang out with Abby... and I'm so glad I did. We had an amazing talk... well it was more of me talking and Abby being the psychiatrist. But it was really good and helpful. Thanks Abby love!

July 22 - 24
Oh this weekend was especially fun. Abby and I went down to Illinois friday and visited my super fun Aunts, Rose and Tuttie. We ate at the theme restuarant, Rainforest Cafe, it was a good time... Then we took a walk by the lake at night. It was wicked gorgeous. But, then it was late and after Aunt Rose told us a bed time story... we hit the hay. Saturday, Aunt Rose took us to the Jelly Belly Tour in Pleasent Prarie, WI. It was... well... informative. The tour was free and was just a bunch of videos on how the candy is made, but at the end everyone got a sample bag... so then it is worth it. After the tour, Both Aunts went with us to the beach, on Lake Michigan by the way. We swam for about an hour... it was fun, I haven't done any swimming all summer. But then we went back and Aunt Tuttie made us an authentic Kenyan meal. It was so good. Man, I loved it. Then we headed home for I had another steel drum gig. Which as always is fun. Sunday, Abby came to my church and then went to hang out with her mom and go shopping and see a movie. But then a while later, Abby invited me to the movie... which she said was going to be Bad News Bears. I agreed to see it because I wanted to hang with Abby some more, but when I got there Abby said "we're seeing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" "YYYYYAAAAAAYYYY!" I exclaimed. The movie was real good, but I liked the original better. Afterwards, we hung out a little bit, then I had to get rested up for work.

July 29 - 31
Okay, starts with a steel drum gig. Then at home around 9 Emily (my sis) and I start a fire. Around 10 Abby shows up. Everyone chills. I take Abby home. Saturday, Breakfast at 9 with Abby. Then louge around the house. Think of different things to do. make lunch. go shopping. do crafts. etc. then I go with Abby to baby sit. The 4 year girl opens up to me, but the 1 year old boy crys just by looking at me. We go home. Sunday, I go to Abby's church. some more loung'n then craft'n. Travis is around. I go home. do a little exercising. Abby comes over. more craft. Then hammock. then grocery store. we get chauffeured around by Emily. Then everyone watches a movie and I go to bed.

That's July for ya. So much more happened but too much to write. Call me sometime and let's chat. I can't wait for school to start. BTW, I'm going to California with my Dearest Abby. That is going to be awesome. Well, TTFN.
