I'm still alive. Don't you worry your little heads. Things are crazy right now. I started taking weird experimental meds for depression... after 3 weeks... no dice... so now I'm on zoloft... what fun. Anyway, If you are reading this I think you know me... perhaps you could let me know if these things work or are working. Alot of people I've talked to says that the drugs all take away the terrible low moods... BUT... they say that they also take away the highs... as in... I will have no emotion... so, I guess if everyone could keep an eye on me... that'd be sweet!

I want to thank Abby Magalsky for being the most amazing person I have ever met in my entire life; for putting up with my crazy moods; for lending an ear and a shoulder; for holding my hand and giving me hugs; and for writing wicked awesome poetry to grace the world.

showing Abby my monkey lips.
or maybe asking for a kiss
Also, I want to thank everyone that helped me out thanksgiving week.... you all are my "favorite". Jeff, Mike, Tucker, Luke, Travis, Patric, Mic, Rachel, Mom, and Dad... thanks... also I want to give an extra special thank you to Hoss for really really talking things through really deeply... and for praying with me.

Gosh, I feel really good! he he he... I want to party with all ya'll. Also, I memorized my first Shakespeare anything... this happens to be a scene from "Measure for Measure". I am playing the part of Angelo... but I just feel cool being able to just jump into a Shakespeare line in the middle of any random conversation... people just look and try and figure out what I said.. it's fun. Hopefully, I'll have some pictures for you to see... we won't be in elizabethan garb or anything like that... but hopefully I do good.

So, I really like acting. In fact, I love it, but I think that anyone who nows me knows that... well, maybe not, more like my family knows that... I haven't been in a ton of productions or anything like that... but you know, like when you are just talking with friends and stuff... there are times when you get a chance to act... I think I really just like the feeling of becoming a different person for other people to watch and think about... It is just really.... relieving or something... it is something I think everyone would love.

Here is something to ponder... is there anything that you love doing and you can't understand why someone would have no desire to do that... like an example for me is traveling. I have an intense desire to explore the world. I want to travel all around the whole world. I love traveling and seeing new things and experiencing new experiences. It is just so invigorating. I thought everyone in the world had this desire. I have now come to find out that alot of people don't care to travel more than 50 miles from their home for their entire life! WHAT!!! That is terrible... like... they are missing so much... my goodness... but not even that... there are people that traveling is... "meh, I'll take it or leave it... it'd be fun, but not a priority" That's cool... but, man... it just seems so weird to me, because for me it is like... there is no question involved I will be traveling my whole life... not like all the time or alot, but like I will visit as many continents as I possibly can.

I feel the same about acting... like who wouldn't want to act... weird...

okay, well, there is good ole rant for all ya'll. have a good night.

An update through photos: Halloween Weekend

William Howard Taft and I.
So, Halloween this year, abby and I decide we want to make the trek down to Madison to see what all the hullabaloo is about. So that is exactly what we do. Luke offers us a place to sleep at his house. So, we drive down on friday and eat some Jimmy John's subs. My favorite sandwich. Then we meet up with Luke who just got done with a film shoot. Everyone dresses up and we head out for a night on the town. We go to a bunch of parties around Madison. I get completely lost, luckily Luke is our guide. Mike, Jeff, and Charlie find us at one of the parties. Abby and I follow them back to a different party. Everyone there decides they want to go to state street. Abby and I want to find Luke, so we leave and meet up with him at his house. There is some more hanging out, but most everyone crashes (i know it sounds boring, but it was fun seeing all the excitement and hanging out with people).

Saturday, Abby and I meet up with John, Amanda, and Travis Smith... we all go out for some middle eastern food. It is really good. Then we hang out with them for awhile... then we meet up with luke again... travis comes down to madison... everyone chills at luke's place... we go have some chinese food... then we dress up again and hang out... we walk allllll over town going to parties where we don't know anybody. Everyone returns to Luke's house, where we proceed to chill on Luke's porch. All is well. Eveyone hits the hay and its Sunday.

James posing for the camera
Abby drops me off in Mayville. James is home for the week, so I get to hang out with him. It is fabutastic. We don't do a whole lot of anything special. We basically talk and catch up. We go to wal-mart with Patric and goof around there. oh oh oh... we all play Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 against each other. It is kind of a us thing (all of the brothers that is). We also take some pictures of the three of us. We just have an all around good time hang'n out. I spend the night in Mayville and James drives me back to Oshkosh on Monday. I go to class while James plays around on my computer. Then, James, Travis Pahl, Abby, and I go bum around the appleton mall and Best Buy. Then, James shows us all his mad guitar skills and we are all super impressed. Abby and I show him some of our stuff on the piano. James talks to me about my mental health problems and then goes back to Mayville for the night.

An update through photos: Patric's B-day Weekend

Abby the princess.
Patric's Birthday was the 24th of October and emily had fall break the 19th through the 25th. So I decided I would go home October 21st through the 23rd. Abby wasn't going to come, but Patric invited her to his B-day party and she graciously accepted. So we got picked up by my mother on friday. My mom was in charge of my church's fall festival. Which is our alternative to Halloween for the kids. They all come to the church dressed up appropiately and play games and get candy. I always enjoyed it when I was little. Anyway, Seeing as my mom was in charge, Abby and I were automatically volunteered to help out. It was fun. Most of the adult helpers dressed up. Dad was a referee. Emily was a basket of dirty laundry and brought a tiara and a cloak so Abby could be a princess. I already knew she was, though. I didn't really dress as anything... perhaps a college student? Anyway.. we did that and then cleaned up by sucking out the helium from all the balloons. At home Patric, Emily, Abby, and I stayed up playing card games and doing magic tricks.

Patric trying African food.
Saturday, Mom made crepes for breakfast. Oh man!!!! I love crepes... smothered with sour cream, strawberries, and powdered sugar. In fact, I wrote a poem about it for creative writing about one and a half months ago. Check it out here. Then, for Patric's Birthday, we all went shopping in Milwaukee. It was fun. I like shopping. ON the way up Patric took some photos in the car... I think they look pretty cool even though some are blurring (b&w below). After shopping, we went to an authentic African cuisine resaurant. It was really good food. Everyone got something different, so it was fun to try a little bit of it all. There was this sauce there that was extremely spicy... like surprisingly spicy, but good.

Abby's pumpkin
We came home and had Birthday cake. Guess what kind it was... it was brownie cake with a cookie dough frosting!!!! Holy comoly, It was intense. Then the family lounged around and watched Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I took Abby home, helped mom with church on sunday, and we all had a huge pasta lunch. And, That was that. It was fun. oh wait... no, I'm wrong. Abby and I carved pumpkins sunday night. Sweet!!

WARNING: This was the first weekend I had my camera.. so alot of the shots are dark because I didn't really know what I was doing... I guess I still don't really know.

An update through photos: Fall Retreat

So, as I said in my previous post.... pictures. I figure I can explain my life in pictures and it is more fun for people to visualize things. So here we go.

On the 7th, 8th, and 9th of October, I went to Camp Forest Springs for Fall Retreat. Here are the highlights:

Abby enjoying a mallow.
I suppose I ought to throw some text between these pictures.... So, I went up Friday afternoon with my man Hoss and Mike "the machine gun" Howard. We set up sound and video equipment. That took till the first meeting... then we did the meeting (I ran the powerpoint [and I had to use powerpoint{ugh}]). After the meeting was a sweet fire, which we roasted marshmallows at. Abby and I went to go look at stars in the clear camp sky. They were awesome.

Jared, Corey, Caleb
Saturday morning was breakfast and a meeting then free time. I played mini golf with my buddies Jared, Corey, and Caleb. The course was covered in leaves and we didn't move them. It made the game that much more fun. Then I went and found Hoss and we went canoeing. It was sweet. Then we found Abby out on the lake... she was with Deanna. The four of us played mini golf for a while and then we did some archery. Then it was supper, meeting and finally a hayride... oh and a talent show where Abby and I played a song in the talent show for people. They liked it. It was fun.

Hoss and good ole Ronald.
Sunday we had breakfast, a meeting and then left camp. I helped pack up the equipment and left. On the way home, the other car that was driving with us had a tire blow out... so we tried to get it off, but someting was weird with the hupcap. So, we called in a tow truck and he fixed it. Then, since we didn't want to drive an 2 hours on a spare, we found a local fleet farm to change the tire. We decided to go to McDonald's while we waited. Then the tire was fixed and everyone returned home.

The course full of leaves.

The End

Oh hey... so I got a digital camera... with the thought that I would show everyone on my blog all the cool pictures I take... I want to make my blog more picture-ish. so... anyway... I'm working on that....
